1. About these terms
These terms apply to your use of texheatingandac.com and to text messages from TEX Heating & AC. By using the site or opting in to texts, you agree to them. If you hire us, the written estimate or invoice for your job also applies, and it controls if anything conflicts with these terms.
2. Information on this site
The information here is general. It isn't a diagnosis of your system or a quote. Prices, timelines and recommendations for your home are set only after a technician sees the equipment and you approve a written estimate. Availability, including same-day service, depends on the schedule and isn't guaranteed.
3. Service requests
Sending the request form doesn't book an appointment. We'll contact you during business hours (Mon to Sat, 8 AM to 6 PM) to confirm a time. If you have no cooling or heating and it's urgent, call 832-379-0202. If you smell gas, leave the house and call your gas utility or 911 first.
4. Warranties and financing
Equipment warranties come from the manufacturer and depend on registration and the manufacturer's terms. Our labor warranty, if any, is stated on your estimate or invoice. Financing, when offered, is provided by a third-party lender, subject to credit approval and the lender's own terms.
5. SMS terms
Program. TEX Heating & AC sends text messages to customers who opt in on our website form, in person or by phone. There are two kinds of messages, and you choose each one separately:
- Service messages: replies to your request, appointment scheduling and reminders, technician arrival times, job updates and billing.
- Marketing messages: seasonal tune-up reminders, specials and promotions.
Frequency. Message frequency varies with your service needs. Marketing messages are occasional.
Cost. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.
Opt out. Reply STOP to any message to stop all texts. We'll send one final message confirming you've been unsubscribed. To start again, reply START or ask us.
Help. Reply HELP for help, or call 832-379-0202 or email texheatingandac@gmail.com.
Not required. You don't have to agree to texts to get service from us.
Carriers. Mobile carriers aren't liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. See our privacy policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
6. Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as Google reviews and Instagram. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
7. Content on this site
The text, photos and logo on this site belong to TEX Heating & AC or are used with permission. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking. Brand names of equipment manufacturers belong to their owners.
8. No warranty for the website
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses from using the site or relying on its general information. This doesn't limit any rights you have under Texas law or under a written agreement for work we perform.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
